  • All sessions are delivered by a Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registered teacher with experience across mainstream, specialist, and trauma-informed educational settings.
  • Programs and Capacity Building Plans are developed in alignment with NDIS capacity building objectives, supporting meaningful progress in functional literacy, numeracy, independence, participation, and everyday life skills.
  • Flexible one-to-one outreach support delivered in homes, schools, community settings, workplaces, or other suitable environments.
  • Practical capacity building focused on functional literacy, numeracy, communication, independence, and everyday life skills.
  • Weekly 2-hour sessions tailored to the participant's goals, strengths, interests, and support needs.
  • Individual sessions available, or structured programs delivered over 5 or 10 weeks.
  • Program lengths can be adjusted to meet individual circumstances and goals.
  • Capacity Building Plan included for programs of 4 weeks or longer, outlining clear goals and strategies for skill development.
  • Individualised support delivered using strengths-based and person-centred approaches.
  • Real-world learning experiences designed to improve confidence, participation, and quality of life.
  • Collaboration with families, support coordinators, schools, allied health professionals, and care teams where appropriate.
  • Progress monitored throughout the program to ensure support remains relevant and meaningful.
  • Comprehensive End of Program Report provided at the conclusion of all structured programs, summarising goals, achievements, progress, and recommendations for future support.
